18 is the number for new beginnings. In the spirit of naz's notes beginning this summer, I decided to give you all 18 things about me.

- Zodiac Sign: Leo, my birthday is August 17th

- Meaning of my name: So my full name is Nazirah Yasmeen Intisar Ahmad. Nazirah means leader, Yasmeen means flower, Intisar means victorious, and Ahmad means one who worships God abundantly.

- Pets: When I was 5, I had a fish named Blue but my mom told me he ran away :/ So now I have 4 plants named Wendy, Chicky, Jade, and Spike Lee.

-Talent: I've been doing liturgical dance since I was 6 and miming since I was 12.

-Role Model: My momma

-Favorite Artist: Again, I'm probably the most indecisive person on the planet so my faves include Daniel Caesar, Travis Greene, Chance the Rapper, wooww this is really about to be a whole list sorry not sorry, Jorja Smith, Shana Wilson, Khalid, Brent Faiyaz, Smino, S*bri*a Cl*udio (even though she's lowkey HIGHKEY cancelled), Andra Day, Sza, Noname, and Casey J.

-Favorite Music Genre: Either R&B/Alternative R&B or Gospel

-Pet Peeves: When people smack, when people talk down to me, and when I'm woken up before my alarm clock goes off

-A few Bucket List Activities : Write and publish a book, Ride an elephant, and Visit all 50 states.

-First thing I notice about people: Physically, I notice people's teeth, eyes, hair, and fingernails
